What kinds of projects do you take on?

We handle full-cycle games and co-dev work: prototyping/vertical slices, gameplay & systems, content production, ports (Unity/Unreal), optimization, tools/pipelines, QA/certification, and LiveOps.

Platforms: PC, Console, Mobile (and VR/XR on request).

Simple and transparent:
Listen (30-min call) → Plan (scope, timeline, budget) → Build (short sprints, weekly builds) → Polish & Launch (perf passes, submission, support). You’ll have a single producer as your point of contact and clear weekly updates.

We offer fixed-scope milestones (best for ports/features) and dedicated pods (monthly). Billing is milestone-based or monthly, with no surprise invoices. After a short discovery call, we send a scoped proposal within 48 hours that includes deliverables, timeline, and budget ranges.

You own the IP and all deliverables as defined in the SOW. We sign mutual NDAs before any sensitive material is shared. Code and assets live in secure repos (Perforce/Git) with role-based access. We follow clean branch policies and share access only to the people assigned to your project.

Platforms: PC, PS/Xbox, Nintendo Switch, iOS/Android (VR/XR on request).
Tooling: Perforce/Git, CI/CD, Jira, Confluence, Figma; DCC tools like Blender/Maya/Max, Substance, Houdini. We adapt to your pipelines when embedding with your team.

Typical start window is 2–4 weeks after SOW. Common timelines:

  • Prototype Sprint: 4–6 weeks

  • Feature Pod (co-dev): 8–12 weeks

  • Port & Perf Pass: 6–12+ weeks (platform/scope dependent)

  • Full-Cycle Game: varies by scope; we phase it (slice → production → launch)
